  • The search for buyers or sellers needs to be comprehensive in terms of diversity and Geographic's. It should target buyers or sellers with similar objectives, motivated in a buy / sell transaction and have the financial capability to complete the transaction.

  • Negotiations must be orchestrated and structured to create an expedient and forthright completion of the transaction. Due diligence is a most sensitive part of the transaction presenting one of the greatest risks to the success of the transaction. Negotiations and due diligence must be managed with skill and care.
